    Frequently Asked Questions

How does the floating disk prevent water splashes?

The auto-adjusting floating disk rises and falls with the water level. It exposes just enough water for your pet to drink comfortably while blocking splashes, ripples, and spills caused by fast drinkers or playful paws.

Will this stop my pet from getting their ears and beard wet?

Yes! The slow-water design restricts the drinking area, preventing pets from dunking their entire face, long ears, or beards into the water.

Is it good for messy or fast-drinking pets?

Absolutely. The floating disk naturally slows down your pet's drinking speed, which prevents choking, gagging, and gulping too fast.

Is the bowl safe and easy to clean?

Yes, it is made of durable, BPA-free, food-grade materials. The bowl easily disassembles into parts, allowing you to take apart the floating disk and rinse it clean in seconds.

Can I use it in the car or while traveling?

Yes! The spill-proof design and fixed edge rim make it completely splash-proof, making it ideal for car rides, crates, and travel.

    How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 10–18 business days with tracked shipping.

    What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you or your pet aren't completely satisfied, simply reach out to us for a hassle-free refund or replacement.

    Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 32 reviews.

This is truly the best water bowl for my dog. Easy to keep clean, has sufficient capacity, and prevents (to a large extent) leaks and too much water from being poured in at once. I have now bought 4 of them for different places.
