📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us first and we'll sort it out immediately.

🚚 Return Shipping

For low-value items we may offer a full refund without requiring a return — just contact us.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the product

We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders
